COVID-19 Key Notes
In order to maintain public health policies related to Covid-19, we all need to do our part in honest, clear communication with each other. At the outset, this includes all of us acknowledging that the nature of Massage Therapy means that the physical distancing is not possible in the healing studio.
What Island Healing is Doing
Following a strict cleaning protocol. I buffer times between appointments to allow for increased sanitization of the rooms and high traffic areas. I do want to assure you that Island Healing creates an environment where you, as clients can safely receive Massage Therapy by minimizing the risk of Covid-19.
What You Can Do
Before your appointment, you must complete your
Island Healing Intake Form 48 hrs prior to appointment.
> Ideally arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time!
> Wear a face mask upon entry of the premises and use the hand sanitizer available at the entry before and after your treatment.
> Kindly pre-pay your services, as much as we love our casual chats after the treatment, we must be very mindful of the time spent in the common area. I will try to rebook you during our appointment, but encourage rebooking online.
Unanticipated events happen. If you know you won’t be able to make the scheduled appointment, kindly inform me of your change asap. No charge for cancellations 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Cancelations within 24 hrs are subject to $30 rebooking fee. Cancelations on day of appointment or no shows are subject to full charge.
Please allow sufficient time for travel. Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
