What You Can Do

Before your appointment, you must complete your
Island Healing Intake Form 48 hrs prior to appointment.  

> Ideally arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time!

> Upon entry of the premises, kindly use the hand sanitizer available at the entry before and after your treatment. 

> Clients are required to pre-pay all services. As much as we love our casual chats after the treatment, we must be very mindful of the time spent in the common area. I will try to rebook you during our appointment, but encourage rebooking online.   

Cancellation Policy 

Unanticipated events happen. If you know you won’t be able to make the scheduled appointment, kindly inform me of your change asap.  No charge for cancellations 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Cancelations within 24 hrs are subject to $30 rebooking fee. Cancelations on day of appointment or no shows are subject to full charge. 

Late Arrivals

Please allow sufficient time for travel. Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

There is no reimbursement or compensation for delayed start times.

Health Coverage

Holistic healing therapies are not covered by Health Insurance - BC Medical Service Plan (MSP) 

However, some companies offer extended health benefits to their employees, which may cover treatments with a doctor’s referral.
