Start your Tuesdays & Thursdays off right with this inclusive YOGA in the PARK summer meet-up around various Nanaimo/Lantzville locations. This 60 min outside Gentle Yoga practice emphasizes the balance of enjoying nature, postural alignment, breathing techniques, gentle transitions and minimal weight bearing on your hands. All levels welcome.
